- 1 cup vegetable broth or water
- Fresh dill or cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced cucumbers, Greek yogurt, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the vegetable broth or water to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
