Description
These crispy baked chicken wings are seasoned to perfection and are a healthier alternative to fried wings. Perfect for game day or any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) until well coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. This helps them get crispy all around.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
