  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) until well coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. This helps them get crispy all around.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
