  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  3. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
  5. Once cooked, check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
