- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Place the coated chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
