- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can cook the chicken thighs for an additional 2-3 minutes.
