- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place the flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Spray the tops of the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can marinate the chicken tenders in your favorite marinade for extra flavor before coating.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the chicken tenders.
