- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pita bread or flatbreads, for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
