- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
