Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano until well coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
