- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each chicken breast until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Place fried chicken in a baking dish.
- Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
