Ingredients

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling tightly.
