Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Toast burger buns on the same pan for a minute.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
