Ingredients

- 500g ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Place cheese on top of patties and cover for 1 minute to melt.
- Toast burger buns in the skillet.
- Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, patty, and mayonnaise.
- Serve immediately.
