Ingredients

  • Salt to taste

  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  4. Place cheese on top of patties and cover for 1 minute to melt.
  5. Toast burger buns in the skillet.
  6. Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, patty, and mayonnaise.
