Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. Slice the chicken and place it on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
