- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. Slice the chicken and place it on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
