Instructions
- Chop the celery and shred the carrots.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine celery, carrots, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
