- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced plums, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cardamom, and vanilla extract. Toss to coat the plums evenly.
- Transfer the plum mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
- Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the plums in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the plums are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
