- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 4 cups fresh apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the sliced apples evenly over the crumble base.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the apples.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the caramel and apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
- Serve warm or chilled, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
