Ingredients

- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- On a large platter, arrange the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in an alternating pattern.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers of tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
