- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat, if necessary, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and canned tomatoes. Mix well to combine.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
