- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Balsamic reduction, for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the halved strawberries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the strawberries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the strawberries in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are soft and caramelized.
- Remove the strawberries from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center.
- Spoon the roasted strawberries around the burrata.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction over the strawberries and burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes to the strawberries before roasting.
