Juicy and delicious burgers made effortlessly in your air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the burgers for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness (internal temperature of 160°F for medium).
- If adding cheese, place a slice on each burger during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove the burgers from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- For best results, use ground beef with at least 20% fat content.
- Customize your burgers with different seasonings or toppings to suit your taste.
