  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook the burgers for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness (internal temperature of 160°F for medium).
