Ingredients

- 2 cups of brown rice
- 1 pound of chicken breast
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 cup of black beans
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breast and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Add broccoli to the pan and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, broccoli, and black beans.
- Mix well and divide into meal prep containers.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Reheat before serving.
