Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Season the wings with salt and pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
