  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Carefully place the breaded chicken in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oil and let it drain on paper towels.
  6. Toss the fried chicken in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns in a skillet until golden.
