- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the breaded chicken in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the oil and let it drain on paper towels.
- Toss the fried chicken in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Toast the hamburger buns in a skillet until golden.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the buffalo chicken on the bottom half of each bun, followed by shredded lettuce and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
