Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil until evenly coated.
- Return the buffalo cauliflower to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the sauce.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and your favorite dip.
Notes
- For extra crispy cauliflower, consider spraying the florets with cooking spray before air frying.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
