Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  6. Dip the floured pork chop into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Finally, coat the pork chop in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  8. Repeat with remaining pork chops.
  9. Spray both sides of the breaded pork chops with cooking spray or brush lightly with olive oil.
  10. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  11. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the coating is golden brown.
  12. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
