- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured pork chop into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Finally, coat the pork chop in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Repeat with remaining pork chops.
- Spray both sides of the breaded pork chops with cooking spray or brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the coating is golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in your favorite marinade for a few hours before breading.
