Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with olive oil, then rub the spice mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the grill or skillet.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
