Description
A deliciously rich and decadent black sesame lava cake with a gooey center that oozes out when you cut into it.

- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup black sesame paste
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- a pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the black sesame paste and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs and egg yolks, whisking until fully incorporated.
- Sift in the flour and sea salt, and gently fold until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate and remove to serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added indulgence.
