  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Stir until crumbly.
  5. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
