Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In another bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil and garlic powder. Add to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking the fries.
  5. For the chicken, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Dip chicken strips in the mixture to coat.
  6. Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
