Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In another bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil and garlic powder. Add to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking the fries.
- For the chicken, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Dip chicken strips in the mixture to coat.
- Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.
