Description
These refreshing berry popsicles are the perfect treat for a hot day. Made with fresh berries and a hint of sweetness, they are easy to make and healthy too!
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup coconut water or juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, honey or maple syrup, coconut water or juice, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of berries you like.
- For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
- Store the popsicles in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months.
