These refreshing berry popsicles are the perfect treat for a hot day. Made with fresh berries and a hint of sweetness, they are easy to make and healthy too!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup coconut water or juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed berries, honey or maple syrup, coconut water or juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing berry popsicles!

Notes

  • Feel free to use any combination of berries you like.
  • For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
  • Store the popsicles in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months.
