  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet and add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Cook until heated through but do not boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
