A quick and easy beef stir-fry recipe that is packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes.

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef stir-fry over cooked rice.
