Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the beef chuck steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Brown the steak on both sides, about 4-5 minutes each side.
  5. Add garlic and onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  6. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
