A simple and delicious recipe for beef chuck steak.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the beef chuck steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the steak on both sides, about 4-5 minutes each side.
- Add garlic and onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add rosemary sprigs and bring to a simmer.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 2-3 hours until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
