- 1 pound Shrimp
- 2 pieces Bell Peppers
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Marinate the chicken pieces and shrimp in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop the bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
- Thread the marinated chicken, shrimp, and veggies onto skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and shrimp is pink.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
