Delicious BBQ skewers loaded with your favorite meats and vegetables, perfect for grilling on a summer day.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 red onion, cut into squares
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken and beef cubes to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the meat is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Once marinated, skewer the meat alternating with bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any combination of vegetables you like.
- For added flavor, consider adding spices or herbs to the marinade.
