Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 red onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken and beef cubes to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the meat is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Once marinated, skewer the meat alternating with bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any combination of vegetables you like.
  • For added flavor, consider adding spices or herbs to the marinade.
