- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups corn on the cob, cooked and cut off the cob
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the baked beans, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, and chopped onion. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked corn with melted butter and parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other ingredients to your coleslaw, such as diced apples or raisins for extra sweetness.
- You can use any type of beans for the baked beans, such as navy beans or pinto beans.
