- 1 pound pulled pork
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ pork over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the top.
- Add sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, and cilantro.
