- 2 lbs of pork ribs
- 1 lb of chicken thighs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over the beef brisket, pork ribs, and chicken thighs.
- Place the meats on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the meats during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the brisket reaches 190°F, the ribs are tender, and the chicken is cooked to 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let the meats rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
