Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously over the beef brisket, pork ribs, and chicken thighs.
  4. Place the meats on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

  6. Ensure the internal temperature of the brisket reaches 190°F, the ribs are tender, and the chicken is cooked to 165°F.
