- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce onto the chicken, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
