- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup raspberry sauce
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush the cut sides of the peaches with a little oil and sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over them.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are tender.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Serve each grilled peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
