- 6 ears Fresh corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 4 tablespoons, melted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn, removing all the silk and excess leaves.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
- Remove the corn from the grill and brush with melted butter, then squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the corn in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
- You can also add grated cheese on top after grilling for a cheesy twist.
