Description

Deliciously grilled corn on the cob with a smoky BBQ flavor, perfect for summer cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 6 ears Fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 4 tablespoons, melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn, removing all the silk and excess leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  5. Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with melted butter, then squeeze lime juice over the top.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the corn in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
  • You can also add grated cheese on top after grilling for a cheesy twist.
