Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
  3. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and cooked through.
  4. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings with BBQ sauce, turning them to coat evenly.
  5. Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve with additional BBQ sauce and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the wings in the BBQ sauce for a few hours before grilling.
  • Wings can also be baked in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes if you do not have a grill.
