Deliciously juicy and tender BBQ chicken grilled to perfection, coated in a homemade BBQ sauce.

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F to 400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chicken and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, apply another layer of BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for a few hours or overnight before grilling.
- Feel free to use bone-in chicken pieces; just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
