- 8 chicken legs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken legs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken legs on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the chicken legs with BBQ sauce, turning them to coat all sides.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken legs in the seasoning mixture for a few hours or overnight.
- Feel free to use your favorite BBQ sauce or homemade sauce.
