- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush BBQ sauce over the chicken and let it caramelize slightly.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it over the chicken and close the grill lid for a minute to melt.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
