  • 2 cans (15 oz each) of navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the navy beans, BBQ sauce, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the bean mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the beans are bubbly and slightly caramelized on top.
