A delicious BBQ Bacon Burger that combines the smoky flavor of bacon with a juicy beef patty, topped with BBQ sauce and your favorite fixings.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 strips of bacon
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
- On the bottom half of each hamburger bun, layer the lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Place the beef patties on top, add the crispy bacon, and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
