Ingredients
Scale
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a paper towel for grip.
- Rub the olive oil all over the ribs. Then, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, rubbing the spices into the meat.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs, allowing it to caramelize slightly on the grill.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra tender ribs, you can wrap them in aluminum foil during the first hour of cooking to steam the meat.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your preference, adding more spices or using a different BBQ sauce.
