  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

These BBQ Baby Back Ribs are tender, juicy, and coated with a rich, flavorful sauce. Perfect for grilling season or any time you crave a delicious rack of ribs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a paper towel for grip.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the ribs. Then, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, rubbing the spices into the meat.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
  5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs, allowing it to caramelize slightly on the grill.
  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra tender ribs, you can wrap them in aluminum foil during the first hour of cooking to steam the meat.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your preference, adding more spices or using a different BBQ sauce.
