- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (5 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In a large serving dish, layer half of the vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- Add a layer of banana slices on top of the wafers.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining vanilla wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
