- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 heads bok choy
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onions

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the miso glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
- While the salmon is baking, heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bok choy to the skillet and sauté for about 3-5 minutes, until wilted and tender.
- Season the bok choy with salt and pepper, to taste, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the baked salmon alongside the sautéed sesame bok choy, garnished with chopped green onions.
